Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Affiliated companies that Valley shares information with include insurance agency, investment advisory, brokerage, asset management, loan services and title insurance firms.
Non affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Valley may not share or sell information about it's customers or former customers with non-affiliated third parties.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Valley may share or sell information about its customers or former customers with other financial companies for joint marketing purposes.
