How does Valley National Bank collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • request products, services or information

Apply for a product and we access a credit bureau to view your personal credit information.

  • affiliates from using your information to market to you

Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Affiliated companies that Valley shares information with include insurance agency, investment advisory, brokerage, asset management, mortgage/loan services and title insurance fi rms.
Non affiliates Companies not related by common owner-ship or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Valley does not share or sell information about it's customers or former customers with non-affiliated third parties.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you
